"Okay the next clip we're going to look at is we're going to do the sit ups with a twist. Okay and Guy is going to help us out with that one. Doing both sit ups with a little bit of a twist and the ball itself along with it. I'm going to step on his toes here. We're getting all the benefits of a sit up in conjunction with the medicine ball, in conjunction with that we're also doing a twist, so it's a really multi faceted exercise. How's that working for you Guy? What are you feeling down there? Feeling my ab. Abs. The burn. Another thing I can do with this is sit back a little bit and just twist. Just a simple twist without the actual sit up part of it. Alright. That's the sit ups with the abs with a twist."
