Okay the next medicine ball work out we're going to do is called the side twist and Guy is going to demonstrate that for us. This is one of my favorite exercises. Because it works your obliques so well and it helps you if you've got strong obliques and it helps you with your slip. Another variation of this is I come up. Simulating the start of my upper cut. And I find that the weight of the ball really doesn't matter as much as the technique that you're using. You really want to concentrate on your obliques, getting the twist in there and you want to kind of get on the ball of your feet. So you can always get used to your feet twisting. And you're punching and you're moving around here. A lot of stuff that you're doing you're going to want to be on the ball of your feet. So it's good to practice that. Alright, that was the side twist.
