" The next clip we're going to do is called the superman toss. And we're going to use the basketball for this one because it's a little bit lighter and we're actually throwing it toward each others face from a laying down position. So the heavier ball is a little bit more conducive to maybe catching one in the face. Guy? Again, we're about 6 feet apart. We're looking at each other and we're in the superman position with our legs up. We're on our abs and as Guy tosses it to me I'm going to catch it but it's also as if a punch is coming at my face. I'm not going to turn my face. I'm going to stay focused. Teaches you to stay focused. Teaches you a little bit more self confidence. Because you don't want to turn your face. You want to look at your partner. We're not trying to hurt each other. Working out those abs. Working out those shoulders. Working up self confidence. Got your lower back working in there. I can feel it in my lower back. And that's good. Superman toss. Okay. Thank you."
