"Okay the next move in our medicine ball workout is going to be what they call the roll on. And Guy's going to show us how to do that. Just like what it sounds. I lay on the ball. Really work your abs. Instead of dropping the ball. To get your abs strengthened and get it used to taking that punishment. You just want to roll on it and really work it. Work a little while. It's a lot tougher than it seems. You're going to strengthen your abs a lot with that exercise. Alright and that was the roll on."
