"In our next clip working with the medicine balls Guy is going to demonstrate what's called the medicine ball push up. Guy? Alright. First thing you want to do is develop a sound technique for your push up. So you want your back straight, arms a little more than shoulder width apart. Just a regular push up. We're going to incorporate the medicine ball. Same concept. Here, over, up. That's an advanced technique. If you can't do that, you're just starting out, you've got to do what's called an assisted push up. Knees down. Same movement. You can do a variation on that. Both hands on the ball. You get tired. It gets boring to you. Switch it up. One hand, then the other. One over. And then the other. If you do a couple of them it's kind of hard to keep your balance. And it's one of the best exercises you can do. Okay. The medicine ball push up. Thank you."
