"In this clip working with the medicine ball what we're going to do is we're going to do a two hand thrust from our chest back towards each other. Instead of using a power hand, okay, instead of using our jab hand we're going to be actually thrusting it back and forth from our position of our chest. And then catching it back and forth into each other's chest. Okay. We'll step back about 6 feet or so. Okay. We're just standing here and we're actually thrusting it back out into each other. So we're using both hands to actually thrust it back. Now the interesting part is when we start adding movement to this. So what we're going to do is we're both going to start moving in the same direction as we're passing it okay? And then eventually you can increase the speed. Now to add one more step to it what we're going to do is we're going to add a mirror imaging to it. As Guy starts mirroring me, okay, he's going to have to go in the direction that I'm going in. So I'll be like the leader at this point. And then we'll switch off and then we'll let Guy be the leader for a minute. So as I'm moving this way Guy's moving that way. So he's mirroring whatever I do. Okay so I'm going this way he's going that way. So he doesn't know what I'm going to do until I do it. So I just add another element to the actual workout. Okay. The last part of that now we'll let Guy do the actual leading and I'll mirror him. So he's going that way I'll go this way. There we go. Okay. Mirroring. There's one thing I want to add with that. You want to keep your hands out. You don't really want to catch it up close. You want to keep your hands out so you can ease it into your body. Because we want to always work on our defense and help you with keeping your hands up and not flinching when. Right. Don't reach for it. Yeah. Okay, thank you."
