"Okay with our next clip, what we're going to do is we're going to be lying down tossing it back and forth with our feet put together. Okay? What we're going to do is get down. We'll actually put our feet back and forth together. As Guy tosses it, I'll receive it and I'll go all the way back down into that position, come back up again. This is going to simulate the movements that we're going to have in the ring as far as building up our abs. It's great for your abs, hand-eye coordination, and if you want to add another level to it, you can always put your hands back, go all the way down with it. I kind of turned the wrong way, but...As you can see we're not throwing it directly up into the air to possibly come down on each other. We're working with each other. We're just throwing it straight across. The object is not to actually throw it into our face; we're just working back and forth with it. It's developing those abs at the same time. This one's not so much about power in your arms; you're more so working your abs, your midsection. Okay, and certainly the heavier ball, the more of a workout you're going to get, but the lighter ball is still the workout, you're still getting the actual tension on the abs, etcetera. Thanks, Guy."
