"Okay the next clip in our series is going to be dealing with the medicine ball. It's going to be the underhand toss. And what we're going to do with that is, is as we separate about 6 feet apart, okay, we're going to be tossing this thing in an underhand position whereas before we were doing it in an overhand position driving with our power hand. Now it's going to be more or a, an underhand toss. Okay, back and forth to each other. Boom. And what that's going to help do in a boxing type stance, it's going to keep your stance but it's also going to help develop the muscles, etc, that we need for our uppercuts. It's going to get us into position for throwing uppercuts as we're throwing it back and forth in the underhanded stance. Okay. Nothing like a good uppercut. Guy? You want to keep everything we do working on our form. So you want to make sure your form is correct and you're not doing too much weight. Okay. Great."
