"Okay in our next clip what we're going to do is we're going to do what is called a power hand toss. And basically that involves two different people. And we're going to work in tandem with each other. What we're going to try to do is we're going to try and develop our power hand. And luckily both me and guy are both orthodox fighters, right handed fighters? So what we're going to do is we're going to back up about oh maybe 6 feet apart or so and then I'm going to be getting into my stance as an orthodox boxer. And as Guy throws it with his hand I'm going to catch it, okay. And I'm going to deliver it back to him using my power hand. Not my jab hand but rather my power hand. I'm going to twist and throw at the same time. That's going to simulate a right hand jab which is my power hand. And as I receive it I'm going to also get into that stance again where I'm coming back with it. Simulating going back out with it and simulating back out with it. Boom. So it's a power hand toss but it's also a power hand receive. So we're receiving at the same time. That's going to help me a little bit with my curving but also with receiving and then developing that power hand. Okay. Guy? I like to keep my hands up in the defensive position when you throw the ball so as I'm throwing it I've always got my hands up. We always work on defense so I've got my hands up as I'm throwing the ball. I'm trying to push off with my back leg and get that power. There we go. And that's the power hand toss."
