"Okay, so our dish is still baking. But of course the thing about cooking is you have to clean up. I know I wish it would just disappear but I have dishes, I have a dirty sink, the floor is messy and all that stuff. Now the thing is a lot of the chemicals in the products that you buy at the store are so harsh; not only on the environment, but also for you. I have read that the EPA estimates that sometimes the level of the pollutions is 2-5 times higher inside your home then outside your home because of all these harsh chemicals. Now the thing is that they are essentially recipes that you can make for your own cleansers. 2 of the best things is I?m sure that everyone has in there cabinet right now baking soda and vinegar. Baking soda has nice milder abrasive and the vinegar can help clean up surfaces. So, later on when I have to clean up all these dishes and clean up my sink, one of the best things that you can do is mix a little bit of this baking soda and a little bit of this vinegar. It makes kind of a nice abrasive scrub. It would get all of that gunk out of there and it is a eco friendly, healthy way to clean up after you are cooking."
