"Hi, My name is Kip and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to make the top cover for our pie crust. And of course to roll out your pie crust the cover, we have already done the bottom. We will need our rolling pin. We have our choices. I am going to try this one. And of course your other half of the dough and a little flower to keep the crust from sticking to the surface. You just spread that around a little bit. Take our pie crust smash it flat. Trying to keep it kind of round. And it doesn't hurt to turn it over. And take your rolling pin and work from the middle out. And it's not a problem to put a little flour on top of that as well if you are getting a little too much dough sticking to your pin. This rolling pin has these little orange things that give you the exact thickness you are looking for. "
