"Hi, my name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Once you have done that then go ahead and take just a couple of teaspoons or tablespoons to start with of your water. Cause you may not need it all and mix that in. You use your hand here pretty quick and you just want to form a ball of dough. Go ahead and take another one cause sometimes you just don't need all of it. Then just take your hands make sure they are clean or don't tell anyone they weren't. It is now starting to form a nice ball of dough this is what we are looking for, something that is flaky looking but something that would hold together. Cause when we roll it out we want of course to be apply able enough and strong enough to hold together as we move it. That would make a nice flaky one now this recipe is enough dough for a 8 inch pan the bottom and to cover it for the top. There we go. "
