"Hi, my name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to combine the ingredients and mix them to make this really wonderful pie crust. Add our flour, our salt and our Crisco. We will add the water later. Then we are going to take our pastry cutter and we will just cut in the Crisco until we have pea size chunks of flours and Crisco. You can use a knife or a fork for this but this particular tool works best. You don't want to over mix your pie ingredients that is why your pie crust don't end up nice and flaky cause you mix it too much. So there is that fine line. So you just want to cut that in again until the flour and the Crisco is all mixed together and you have about pea size little lumps in there. That is what it should look like right there. "
