Video Transcript

"LASZLO SZALAI: The side dish is fried vegetables. We fry butter and add seasoned vegetables into it. We use a curry mixture that contains basil, rosemary, oregano and salt. On slow fire, we warm it up. We place the steak next to it. The vegetables will be ready sooner than the steak. When all sides of the meat is toasted, we serve our meal. We put the vegetables on a plate and after we serve the sauces in cups separately."
