"LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. We are going to prepare chateaubriand. We use beef loin again. It is prepared beforehand. This is basically a double steak, a tenderloin. Now, we sprinkle it with ground pepper well. We season it on all sides. We salt it only before frying it. Some people like it when it is bloody. Some when it is half baked. Others when it is well baked."
