"The next area I want to talk about is the boxer doesn't have to necessarily be sitting for the full minute in between rounds. What we just started recently doing here at Bantam Boxing is we're going to have the boxer come in, and we're going to have him stand for approximately ten seconds. What that does is it doesn't make him immediately fall down onto the stool and get all cramped up and stuff. It's going to give him that ten seconds to acclimate from in the ring boxing to us getting him relaxed and stuff. So we're going to give him about ten seconds. We're going to show you how that's done. Nick? "Okay Nick, you're doing fine. We're going ten seconds. 10, 9, 8..." Okay, so one of the coaches is actually counting down from 10 to 1. Nick is being a little bit acclimated now; he's starting to catch his breath. Now we're going to sit him down, now we're going to start working that corner. But it also gives him that extra ten seconds for that acclimation between boxing in the ring and actually being worked on in the corner. Thank you."
