"The next area we want to look at is you're going to need two people in the ring to help you, two corner men. So the head coach, in this case Shane, is the one that's actually talking to the boxer. He's explaining what the boxer should be doing and what the boxer should not be doing. He's telling the boxer to relax and stuff. And me, as a second coach, go ahead Shane; work that boxer...and me as a second coach should not be trying to butt in. I may see that Nick wants to keep his right hand up, but I'm not going to tell Nick to keep his right hand up. "Shane, I think what Nick needs to also do is keeping his right hand up when he's throwing that left." We don't want too many people talking to Nick at the same time, so go ahead. One coach should be working the boxer. The assistant coach has enough to do with keeping track of the time, rinsing off the mouthpiece, etcetera. So try to keep the conversation just between the boxer and the head coach. Thank you."
