"In the next area what we're going to do is to make sure we try to get your boxer to relax, and you as the coach needs to relax, also, because if you're nervous, if you show that you're nervous, then he's going to be nervous. So we're trying to get the boxer to relax. Sometimes the boxer will actually be trying to look at the other opponent. The boxer will be trying to concentrate on looking beyond you at the other opponent, so you want to get him to focus on just you. We're going to try to get the boxer to breathe. It is an exciting time, but we want everybody to relax. We've only got one minute to work this boxer, so the sooner you get relaxed, the sooner you can get back out there and get right back into the fight. That's good."
