"Our next counter-punching move we're going to do is we're going to try to instill upon you how to stop a left hook from potentially knocking you out. A lot of times getting jabbed in the face with a left jab isn't really a knockout punch, but normally the hooks and the uppercuts are usually what do the knockouts. So right now we're going to work with as I'm throwing a left hook to the side of Nick's right side of his face, he's going to be raising his right hand, in turn is going to be catching my hook right there and stopping it, and that's why you should have your right hand right under your chin, so you can do just that, so you can raise it and lower it to protect yourself as you need to. If your right hand's way down here where it's not supposed to be, you're not able to defect as many punches as you should be able to. Nick, if you can help me out. I'm going to be throwing a left hook, Nick's raising his right hand, and the faster and harder I go, the quicker he raises it. It's pretty frustrating right now. There we go. Thank you."
