"The other thing besides keeping your head moving you want to do is to keep your chin down. Nothing worse than having your chin up there as you're throwing punches, because that's what the target is, is your chin. There's actually some tools we can use to help cure that. This here a little chin strap, put it around your neck, tuck it up under your chin, and as you punch the first time that that chin goes up, your thing's going to fall down. You've got to pick it back up and put it up there. So as you're working around the ring, you can keep your chin down. So it's very important to keep your chin down. The other thing that we like to try to do is as we're sparring, as we're boxing in the ring, what I like to tell my boxers to do is to try to look at your opponent's chest. If you're looking at your opponent's eyes the chances are very good, if he's your height or higher, average height, you're looking at his eyes and he's like hypnotizing you almost. It's a very hypnotic state sometime. They can be intimidating, etcetera, not counting the fact that your chin is too high. So if you're looking at your opponent's chest, your peripheral vision is going to allow you to see their face, is going to allow you to punch them where they need to be punched. But look at your opponent's chest, drop your chin down a little bit. Okay? Nick, can you help me demonstrate this? If Nick right now is looking at my chest, you can see that his chin is down. It's very had for me to punch him in the chin. Now if Nick was to look at my eyes, his chin is quite a bit up there and I can pretty much get anywhere I want into his chin. So again, if Nick is looking at my chest, his chin is down a little bit. His head is not too low, but he's concentrating on my chest, and if he wants he can still hit me in the chin, he can still see what he needs to with the peripheral vision. There we go. Okay, thank you, Nick."
