"Our next step is going to be talking about moving to the left and I'm going to do it from my orthodox right-handed stance. As we're moving to the left, we don't want to move our right foot first, because what's going to happen there is we're going to cross our legs once you move your right foot first. Whenever you're going to the left we don't want to move that right foot first. Again, you're going to cross your legs. So what we're going to try to do is we're going to try to move the left foot first and then the right. Again we're going to try to stay with those half a step increments. Don't move a big step -you're going to be too far spread apart, too liable to fall over. So half a step left, half a step right. Half a step left, half a step right. Do everything in half a step increments when moving from one side to the other. As we're circling this bag, okay, half a step left, half a step right. Half a step left and half right. All the time we want to retain that position where if I draw a straight line from the bag and when you stop, it should hit your left toe, right heel at all times. So don't take anymore steps than you have to, do everything in half a steps, but always retain that actual form where you're still looking at the bag, where you're still only semi-opened, not fully opened and not fully closed. Okay? Moving to the left, half a step left, half a step right. Never move with your right foot first."
