" In our next combination we're going to start learning some hooks because you can use these wall mounted head target mirrors for virtually all your punch combinations. Again, we're going to be a half a step back. Right now our face is still in the mirror, in the middle of the mirror, and that's great. Because we're a half a step back, they can't hit us, we can't hit them. As we step forward with the left jab, and the left jab should lead all your punch combinations if you're a right-handed, orthodox boxer. We're going to step in with a left jab, okay? Then we're going to come down here again a little bit, and then throw the left hook; boom, hopefully to the side of the person's face. Meanwhile, our face, remember, is still down below here, okay? And then as we step back again, and get into our upright position, return to our normal stance, we're back out of the way. We're a half a step away. They can't hit us, we can't hit them. Both times when we threw both the punches, our face was lower than the target zone itself. So again what we're going to do is we're going to slide in with a left jab. As we're stepping forward with the left jab, we're moving our body forward; we're coming back down to here again. Normally you would throw the left jab, return right back to your face. In this case, we're going to throw the left jab. As we're stepping in we're going to come down a little bit, throw the left hook to their head, keeping our face out of the zone again, target zone. The left hook to the head, and then we're going to step back again. Left jab, left hook."
