"The next combination we're going to work on with the head target mirrors is one of my favorites, the double left jab. Often times when boxing, you're throwing a left jab at somebody and they block it. You throw a left jab at them and they push it down, you throw a left jab at them and they catch it. After a little while, that gets frustrating. So what we're going to do is we're going to throw a double left jab. Again we're going to be about a half a step away from the head target wall mounted mirrors. We're going to slide in with the first left jab and as we do we're bending at the knees, again, we're bringing our face down below the mirror, okay? But this time we're only stepping a quarter step, where before we stepped a half a step to cover the full distance. This time around we're only going to take a quarter step in advance, and then we're going to bring our left hand back to our cheek again, and then advance, bending at the knees, our head is still out of the wall target head mirror. We're still below there, and now we're going to advance the second quarter step to complete the half a step. That one's going to be a little bit harder, a little bit stronger. Percentage-wise, we're going to be basically going 10% of our power with the first left hand, still keeping our face down here below, quarter step, and we're going to advance the second quarter step after we turn back to our starting position. Another quarter step with a bigger powerful left hand, still keeping our face below the mirror, and then we're going to take a half a step back and be right back where we started again. So what we're basically doing is, no matter what they do with that first left hand, if they catch it, they block it, they push it down, no matter what they do the chance of our getting that second left jab in there is going to be pretty perfect. Thank you."
