"Hi! I'm Bill Rogan along with Andy and on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to talk about something called a crow hop that allows you to get rid of the ball with some power behind it. Andy will hit me some ground balls and I'll demonstrate the crow hop. You come in, field it, and this little jump right there is a crow hop. A crow hop is a little half step. We peel the ball and you get into throwing position. You want to make sure you're square to your target. Bring it in. Just for the outfielders, you should glove the target. By that I mean stick your glove where you want to throw it and follow through. Good field position. Pitch is coming in and there's the crow hop. "
