"Hi! I'm Bill Rogan along with Andy and on behalf of Expert Village, we'll do some warm up tossing. Key thing is don't throw hard right away. Loosen up. Nice and easy. When you throw the ball, don't just throw it aimlessly. Pick a target. Just throw it right at Andy's head. You want to follow through. Again, not throwing very hard. As we start throwing, getting loosened up, Andy will take a step or 2 back. You'll feel it. You'll know when you're ready to go. We're going to do a little long toss as Andy will go deeper. This is stretching out the arm. There's no need to throw real hard. Just getting that arm loose, especially outfielders. You want to really loosen up that arm. There you have it. As you increase your throws, then you start throwing a little bit harder."
