"Hi! My name is Kenyatt Gilliam and you're watching Expert Village. Today on Expert Village, you're going to learn about how to make ceviche. Well known in South America, Mexico, Guatemala, and also Central America. It's a very easy dish. It's very light as well. It's a very culturist dish as well. What I'm going to do is show you how to make this dish and show you the proper tools. About me, I'm 26 years old and I love ceviche because it's very healthy. There's not a lot of add preservatives, so it's very fresh all the time. It's not a very hard dish to make. You just have to go to your grocer and pick up some fresh ingredients, which I will tell you. Also, it is a very easy dish for parties, which I usually use all the time. Also, little small get togethers with family members or friends. It's a great dish to have when you're just having fun and watching the game. About the dish, I'm going to show you how to make ceviche."
