"CHEF LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. After creating the potatoes, we add it to the onion. In Hungary, potato garnishes are very popular. Some more oil. As it is fried well, we add the potato. We stir them well so the onion and the potato are mixed. Now we wait until it's nice and yellow, so the side dish is ready."
