"CHEF LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Let's take an onion. We chop it up into bigger pieces. We put the chops in the baking dish. We place the slices around the duck. We sprinkle it with more salt so the duck will be very tasty. Then we cut up the cleaned garlic into bigger pieces, I usually cut the garlic into halves. I put the chops on the duck. Now we chop up one tomato into bigger slices. We take one paprika, cut out the core, then chop it up."
