"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make some delicious Island chicken. Well we are just about finish with our Island chicken platter and it looks terrific. Like I said a party on a plate, wow. Take a look here we have spinach on the bottom followed by riddichio then we put our delicious juicy marinate chicken, bacon. We have some grilled onions, peppers, then we just topped it with some fun ingredients like coconut rolled dated, pineapple, crushed banana chips and some cherry tomatoes. Now we are just going to finish it off this is just about done. We have our scallions which we chopped (I love those scallions) we have some Macademia nuts and walnuts, some crumbly white cheese. Then we are going to drizzle it with some of the dressing. Dressing has some rice wine vinegar, canola oil, pineapple coconut nectar, lime juice and lime zest. It smells and looks terrific then finally some sesame seeds, it's great for a family dinner. Your family will be really happy with that or a party get together, super bowl, the big game or a family birthday. Well I hope you enjoyed making this platter as much as I did. This is our Island chicken platter and we'll see you next time on Expert Village."
