"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make some delicious Island chicken. Now I'm going to show you how to make a chicken marinade a marinade specifically for this dish. It includes yogurt, yogurt is a great marinade for chicken and it's good for this Island chicken, Indian any kind of Indian dish with chicken often use as marinate. In this case, I'm using whole fat plain yogurt. I'm going to add some cumin, some chili oil for a little zing, crush garlic, this is pineapple coconut nectar, season it up. This is a little steak and chicken rub all purpose you can get all that everywhere. I'm going to mix all that together, it looks good already. I'm going to take a chicken thighs on my special chicken cutting board so I don't make a mess on the other cutting board. I'm going to pound this out and put the chicken right on the marinade. We are going to put all the chicken in the marinade when we come back we are going to let the chicken sit in the marinade. It's going to sit there in the marinade for a little while it should be probably about 45 minutes when you make it at home and in the next clip we are going to clean and slice a pineapple. "
