"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make some delicious island chicken. Now I'm going to show you some of the ingredients that you would need to make island chicken. Here they are we are going to use some boneless skinless chicken thighs. I love chicken thighs they are meaty and succulent and juicer then chicken breast. Although you can use chicken breast for sure. The marinade for the chicken which includes plain yogurt, some pineapple juice, garlic, and some other things that we would talk about later. Now we have some bacon because Hawaii is all about pork so we definitely have to include some bacon in this. Then we have some fruit and vegetables. Onions and garlic, red pepper, a little cherry tomatoes, some fun ingredients sesame seeds, banana chips, macadamia nuts and walnuts crushed. We have a juicy fresh pineapple, lime for lime juice and lime zest. So dates wrapped in coconut or rolled in coconut. Scallions, some Mexican crumbly cheese that would go on top and and spinach to make the base of our platter. Then we have some seasonings and those are some of the ingredients that you would need to make island chicken.
