Video Transcript

"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make Hawaiian pork with braised cabbage and pineapple tomato skewers. Today we're going to make a really special dish it's Hawaiian style pork with sweet and sour braise cabbage and wonderful little tomato pineapple skewers. The Hawaiian pork is a great great dish because it starts with Hawaiian pork and adds some sophisticated Asian flavors that take the traditional kalua pork or kalua pig that they make in Hawaii and takes it a couple steps further. Plus you don't need a whole pig and you don't need to dig a big whole in your back yard to put it in to roast. We're going to do this in one pot but that doesn't mean it needs attention so when we come back, I'm going to show you the equipment that you're going to need for Hawaiian pork."
