"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make shrimp egg rolls and with sesame noodles. Here are some of the pieces of equipment you'll need to make your shrimp and pork egg rolls. We have our utensils here; a wooden spoon, a sharp chef's knife, a couple of paring knives for our veggies. We have ginger that we're going to be working with and we have to peel our shrimp, so we'll need those. Some tongs, of course, 2 cutting boards. This one's just for shrimp and this one is for our veggies. I also have a stock pan, and we're actually going to deep fry in this one. Then we have a nice skillet. We're going to use this to sauté our shrimp, our pork, and all the vegetables before we actually make the shrimp rolls. When we come back, I'm going to show you all the ingredients you'll need for shrimp and pork spring rolls."
