"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Bandford. I'm going to show you how to make a delicious Asian vegetarian entree. We steamed all our vegetables, steamed our tofu, made our delicious sauce now we are going to boil our Chinese noodles. Those are going to create the bed on which all the vegetables will go. I picked some of these stir fry noodles, these are Chinese egg noodles, egg noodles are a little richer than the typical rice noodle or wheat noodle that we are used to. I have my water boiling in the pot I'm just going to take some of these, break them up, get them in there, break them up so they are easier to pull out of the pot in a couple of minutes. These only take about 3-5 minutes all together, I'll turn that way up so it goes fast, put the lid back on and when these are done I'm going to drain them and we are going to assemble our dish. I'll see you then."
