"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Bandford. I'm going to show you how to make a delicious Asian vegetarian entree. Now we are going to make our sauce and it's really easy it only has 3 ingredients. But they are each very powerful ingredients. First ingredient is the yellow miso which I talked about in a earlier clip, it's a nice thick rich salty paste, there it is. We have crunchy unsalted peanut butter, nice and thick, natural unsalted peanut butter. Finally we have some apple juice that has been simmering in a pot, we have it right here, it's simmering because that increases the strength of it. You want it to have a nice strong applely acidic taste and that is 2 cups of apple juice reduced down to about a 1 1/2 cup. We are going to add about 2 tablespoons of miso paste and 2 tablespoons of this crunchy unsalted peanut butter. Get all that in there and all these flavors will play with each other, play against each other and you have to whisk it cause we have a lot of thickness here. You want to incorporate the miso paste and the peanut butter into apple juice so it comes together and makes a sauce. It looks like it's pretty well incorporated, I'm going to let that simmer for about 8-10 minutes until it's nice and thick but not too thick. When we come back we are going to boil our noodles."
