"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Bandford. I'm going to show you how to make a delicious Asian vegetarian entree. Now we are going to start to steam our vegetables. You can see these vegetables are so colorful they look great, they are all prepped and ready to go. Here they are and I have the heat on high, you're going to add some water about a 1/2 inch of water. We are going to have to keep adding that water as we go along because it will evaporate. There is some garlic, like a perfume for our vegetables and the steamer goes in the first thing that is going in is our carrots and the broccoli. Those are going to start to steam, we are going to put the lid on so that they can cook evenly. That is going to take about 4-5 minutes. "
