"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we're going to learn how to make a healthy vegetarian Lebanese feast. So the garlic has been roasting in there for about 20 minutes or so, 450, and I hear it bubbling in there. We'll just go ahead and remove it from the cookie sheet with my tongs, and we'll sit it down here. I'll open up that little packet so you can see what's inside, and then we'll have to let it cool off for just a minute until we can handle it. Oh, that looks great. See how the garlic just a little bit brown. I'm going to take my knife -- look how soft it is. That is going to pop right out of the skin when we're ready for it. First things first, we're just going to move it. We'll leave it in the foil. We'll just move it away from the oil. That oil is really hot, and if you touch it, you'll burn your fingers. So just move it off and we'll let it cool down so when we're ready to slide it out of the peels, we'll be able to handle it."
