"You will start with getting your first sheet of the filo dough and it's very thin and very delicate just be careful see how thin that is like paper thin very very thin, and you just lay it on the bottom of your baking sheet dish. And it will kind of stick to the pan which is good you want that and in between each layer of the filo dough your going to brush on more of that butter. This is one of the butter makes it nice and rich it helps the pastry sheet to stick together to not dry out this butter is very sensual. Filo dough can be used for so many things with in baking I made little tart lets where you layer the filo dough but instead of using the butter to layer it you use cooking spray. It's a little lighter depends on what your making you can use it for strudel if you like to make strudel, for many things. We're layering this second sheet of filo dough now just lay it right on top you don't have to break your neck working through this with great speed, but you don't want to move slowly because your filo dough can dry out and crack. And you can really use it so it is some what of a timing thing you know let it thaw enough where you can handle it and it is manageable but not to let it dry out so much where it cracks and you can't use it. This is actually just right just perfect right now so were just brushing off the butter your going to layer 4 to 5 layers of the filo dough your preference, I like to go with 5 just in case, before we do our next step this is our 3rd sheet we're on right now and again brush it with the butter or melted margarine in between each sheet."
