"Hi! So this next step is veggie potato boats that we are going to show you how to make. Yet another nutritious easy to make food for the kids just a few ingredients you need some potatoes obviously, cheese, milk, a little bit of salt, vegetables I of course have the green pepper and the onions this time again and you can use any vegetables like I said these are just easiest ones that I decide to use for the day for flavor. We’ll go ahead and use and chop those up again fine, just a couple of seconds, yeah just pulse it for a few times…like that? Yeah that works perfect, we’ll go ahead and cut the potatoes in half, scoop out the insides and mix it together. But before we’ve done all that I’ve already made sure to preheat my oven to about 350 degrees so this by while that’s heating up we can get all these stuff done over here. Alright so there you go, there you go, we’ll go ahead and cut the potatoes in half I’m using small ones just because you know little bites, little mouths, little bites, so these have been baked, these already been baked, you can do it in the oven or the microwave right? Exactly, okay do you want me to scoop these out Lisa? Yeah go ahead and scoop it out make sure to have a nice enough you know quarter of an inch around the sides so this way we can scoop things back in very easily, oh we’re going to fill it back up, cause we’re going to fill it back up and then stick them in the oven, all nice and cheesy and gooey. This is kind of fun! Yeah and what’s very easy is you can actually have your kids help you with this if you want to just make sure that they don’t go all the way to the skin or they won’t exactly be very they won’t stand up very well when you try to fill them back up. So how’s that? Yeah that’s perfect! "
