"Next is the dry ingredients, yes we got our dry ingredients, show me what you do here. Now we already melted the coconut oil so we got that all prepared and it’s sitting there waiting for us, we’ll go ahead and just put in our oats, our almond mill and our cinnamon and nutmeg, of course we kind of cheated we kind of pre-prepared. We’ll mix that, put in our aurora root mix up a little of that so that combines nicely, it’s much easier to do when it’s dry than after it’s wet this combines much more easily when you combine all the dry ingredients first. Okay and we’re going to go ahead and mix in our milk, so we’ve mixed up all our dry ingredients, we add the milk and we’re going to go ahead and just as you can see the nice yellow yokes in there and that makes me know that it’s really nutritious when you see the nice bright orange yellow yokes in there. You mix that up we’re going to put that in here, we’re also going to put our coconut oil in here…yeah this is very dark yoke, this goes right in here yeah, I’ll tell you what I mix while you pour into there, so make sure that’s nice and mixed together. Did we put the vanilla in? We haven’t yet actually, okay how much vanilla, just like half a teaspoon maybe, alright it doesn’t need to be much we just want to give a little extra flavor. Okay and the maple syrup goes in here too, yeah a couple of tablespoons we mix it right on in it gives a nice flavor other than that it gets kind of greeny tasting and we don’t want that to happen we want it to be nice and smooth and you know kind of that nice waffle taste. Did you put salt in there? I haven’t go ahead and put that in there, okay so just a little salt and just a pinch of salt you don’t need much but that brings out the other flavors and it makes it so much more, two tablespoons of that, about two tablespoons okay there we go and we just mix that all in there together, so it’s a nice horrible consistency kind of thick, kind of still stuck together but yet still relatively horrible. Now we’ll go ahead and brush on our oil onto our waffle pan, we’ll go ahead get that heated up, we’ll pour our waffle on there and just setup of course the timer. Having your own waffle iron actually works really, really well for this obviously, yeah I want to get one of these that looks great. Is that enough oil? I make these all the time at home for my husband and of course he gets very excited, is that enough, that should be right if you want to put a little bit on top too that’ll work out really well so this way it doesn’t stick and of course we’re using the coconut oil which is the good oil. We can pour the waffle batter in there and this way it doesn’t go all over the place and it starts to cook, we want to make sure to get that started."
