"On behalf of Expert Village this is The Boxing Chef from New York City talking about family fitness. Right now Spencer and I are going to put all the punches and all this whole workout together into one format to show you what you can do after a few easy boxing lessons. Normally beginner boxers wear head gear. This is a open face head gear, this is a close face head gear. On this one you can not get into the nose and on this one you can lightly get in. But today since Spencer is so experience we are not going to use head gear. And we are not going to be doing any head shots we are just going to be doing what we are practicing a little forearm and a movement. Ready Spencer come on in start. Spencer is throwing his shoots at me and I am blocking them by keeping my elbows in. He is jabbing and then he is throwing his right cross which I just blocked. Now I'm going to throw a jab back at Spencer and he is going to show you how to block them. That is how I block the right cross. Good, good, excellent Spencer, good. Good Spencer just got a jab on me. "
