"On behalf of Expert Village this is The Boxing Chef from New York City talking about family fitness. Okay what I'm going to talk about now is angling and how it helps when you are boxing with a bag or with a opponent. Spencer get into a angle. What I mean by angling is when he is like this it is very hard for your opponent to get a punch in anywhere. But as soon as Spencer moves like this and he is wide open that is a no no. So that is what you want to kind of want to get away from. So this is a great tool for learning how to angle, cause you move with the bag in a straight angle. You do all your moves, you move around, be nice and angle. So Spencer come on over here and let us show them how you do it. Okay completely angle using your jab, your right cross, and your hooks. Go ahead! Notice the good angle that he has now move around. Good he is staying angle, good back to your left, back to your left. Good! Jab, to your right again jab, keep punching, good."
