"On behalf of Expert Village this is The Boxing Chef from New York City talking about family fitness. Right now Spencer and I are going to do different combos. Okay right now he is going to do a jab, right cross, left hook. Good, again; jab, right cross, left hook, jab, right cross, left hook. Now when you do it Spencer jab, right cross, get that hand stuck to that cheek and turn it in. Let us do it now. Jab, right cross. Try it again bring that elbow straight down better. Turn the foot, hands in, slow it down Spence, jab, bring it back, right cross. Good bring that right cross back left hook. Excellent do that a little quicker and you got it. Good just remember if you are ever doing this at home and you feel a little off go back to just doing one shoot. Then flip the right cross in and then the left hook in and you would be able to feel it. "
