"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're making Chicken Fricassee Spanish Style. I'm doing the same with the green pepper. I'm cutting it up small, I want to cut it really chopping it small. Again, I can use a food processor or a blender. The blender may be very mushy, might get very pureed and I only do that for when I do my black beans and stuff. So, I'm just cooking this dish with really cut up small, chopped up vegetables like these two like here. About half a pepper for each, OK, so half a pepper of each. And I'm going to take it, then I kind of go like that to it sometime, make it even smaller. Chop it up, mix it up like this, cut it this way, get it nice and small, I'm going to go like that again, small like that. Sometimes we do this for a lot of dishes actually. Before we had processors and blenders our mothers use to actually do it like this."
