"On behalf of Expert Village this is The Boxing Chef from New York City talking about family fitness. Right now we are going to do more jabs but right crosses off each jab that we do. So we are going to do a jab right cross. Double jab right cross, triple jab right cross, triple jab. Good that is 3 punches, straight across. The reason for the jab is when you are in the ring with your opponent you want to jab at him and when there is a opening you want to get your right cross in. Which is a power punch for right style fighters. Excellent, good, good. These are triple jabs he is throwing a right cross off of. Good, move around a bit, good do it again. Double jab right cross, good, good. Single jab right cross now. Single jab right cross, hands down a little bit so you can see me. Jab right cross, jab right cross good."
