Cutting Chicken for Spanish Chicken Fricassee

"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're making Chicken Fricassee Spanish Style. I've placed the chicken on the cutting board and I'm going to slice the chicken in pieces like this, long ways. You don't have to slice it, you can also do like long ways like maybe cut the breast piece in half like this and maybe have like four or five pieces like that and cook it like that. But I'm just going to do this for today. And I'm going to cut it long ways, that's the way I like to do mine. Again you can use different kinds of chicken. It doesn't have to be chicken but this is faster to do. I'm going to place it back in the bowl and put it in the refrigerator so that way the chicken stays nice and fresh like it should. You don't want the chicken staying out here while you cut up your vegetables and your ingredients, OK. So I'm just gonna place this in the refrigerator for a while, cover it up with aluminum foil and place it in the fridge like I said before."
