"On behalf of Expert Village this is The Boxing Chef from New York City talking about family fitness. Alright now that Spencer is all warmed up it is time to do with boxing. The first thing that Spencer is going to do is get into a stance. To start a stance with our left toe at 1 o'clock and our left knee at 12 o'clock. Our back foot is behind us, so we would have our total balance. Good, show them your jab with your left hand, excellent. These are left jabs. Good Spence. Double jab Spence, double jab, double jab, good. Give me a triple jab, triple jab, excellent. Single jab across, good. Alright Spence. "
