"On behalf of Expert Village this is The Boxing Chef from New York City talking about family fitness. Right now Spencer and I are outside in our terrace and we are going to jump rope. Spencer is going to show you how to jump rope. Jump roping is the best conditioning as a boxer or a athletic could ever use. Spencer let's go. Good breath, don't hold it in. Good now Spencer is jumping up, now Spencer why don't you move forward, go back. Good, good. Come to the the side a little bit Spencer. As you can see Spencer is moving around which is actually the way that you are suppose to jump rope. You never really stay in one spot and try to move around. Cardio stretching, very good, very good. Keep going buddy alright now you are ready to run a marathon."
