"On behalf of Expert Village this is The Boxing Chef from New York City talking about family fitness. Now Spencer and I have just stretched our upper body so now we are going to work on our lower body. We are going to stretch out our thighs and our hips cause when you box it is all hip movement and thigh movement. So Spencer let's show them how to do a side kick. Left leg up, elbow in and up, out. Good. Now the reason why Spencer is keeping his elbow in and his hand up is in boxing you always train with your hand up and elbow in. So you will not get hit and you can block the punches. So when we do our exercises we train that way. Good! Alright switch to the other wall, we use our right leg up now. There you go Spence ready elbow in hand up. Good. Good. Good Spencer, down. Face me, hands up, straight down, up. Good we are working our thighs now. Keep nice and strong. "
