"On behalf of Expert Village this is The Boxing Chef from New York City talking about family fitness. Now myself and Spencer we are going to warm up by stretching so we can start our boxing workout. The stretches that we are going to do are going to keep us from pulling muscles when we first start throwing pushes. So we start right now by doing the sunflower stretch. Straight up like a sunflower plant all the way up. This is great for the calves and great for the shoulders and your back. Good. All the way and practice your breathing in through the nose and out from the mouth. The reason you want to breath that way so that when you are boxing or working out your mouth will not dry out. Good Spence. Excellent. Now lay out now what we are going to do is do some stretches that are great for the hooks. So if you are throwing hooks you will not pull your back muscles take your right arm all the way out. Make a fist, pull your elbow in as far as you go. Good. All the way in good. Do it again. Excellent. "
